Huffington Post Article

The channel has continued to increase in views at a good rate and two videos now have over 1,000 likes. An article about the channel on Huffington post was published a few days ago which has resulted in a view spike of over 80,000 views in a day on one video. The article sais at one point that Oscar and the Chicks "are the stars of a now-famous Youtube series" which means a lot coming from Huffington Post.

I have not released any videos for a while as the most recent videos did not get so many views but I will release some more in the near future when I find time around my University studies.

2,500,000 Views!

My channel's total video views reached 2.5 million on the 9.9.2012, 4 months earlier than the deadline which would be a year since I started this project. I have therefore got the 2.5 millions views in 8 months with the last 3 months having a much lower view count compared to the other months.
I have decided to stop releasing videos at the moment as the time taken is not worth the small amount of views they are receiving. I will begin again soon but release them every 2/4 weeks so it doesn't take too much time and so the market doesn't get saturated with my videos. I am going to Bath University in 10 days time so I probably won't have much time available while at university.
I have moved this Blog over to www.tubbytubbytubtubs.com but I will continue to update this 'blogger' blog.

I have continued to release the videos weekly but have not done well since I got back from interrailing. I have no idea why this is, I will persevere until one does well. The last two videos have had 561 and 1,813 views which is appalling.
At least my video 'Chick Bosses Cat' was in the Adopt-a-pet newsletter which apparently goes out to 400,000 people, the article read:

I recently got back from Interrailing around Europe and I released the first video in a month yesterday. It is titled 'Baby Chick Climbs Cat', currently locked on the 303 view count so I don't know how well it is doing but it does have 54 likes. It was 'liked' by ParryGripp which gave it a lot of initial interest as it appeared on all of his subscribers feeds (all 118,018 subscribers).

I released a new video today titled 'Cat Is Mother Hen To Chicks', not the best of titles but I am running out of ideas for titles.
I am going away in three days time for four weeks interrailing around Europe so it will be another four weeks before I release the next video.

I have just released a new video titled 'Chick Sits Under Cat'.
My channel has done very well in the past 30 days since the release of 'Chick Bosses Cat'. The view count has increased by 750,000 which is an average of 25,000 a day! The subscriber rate has also picked up with 363 new subscribers over the past 30 days.

I just released a new video titled 'Chick Pecks Cat On Nose', I think this one should do well.
Last weeks video did slightly better than expected after getting on Cuteoverload and Cheezburger, it is now at 52,882 views.
The video I released 2 weeks ago is amazingly still on the Youtube Pets & Animals front page!
